Notes:
  • Original owner was Omer Brière
  • Opened on July 21, 1961
  • Track was built in 8 weeks
  • Grandstands were covered in 1963
  • Figure 8 Racing was added in 1964 and was run on Sundays
  • Bought by Rene Bussières, Claude Rodrigue, Roland Bernier and Serge Lapointe in September, 1967
  • Roland Bernier and Serge Lapointe sold their interest to Rene Bussière and Claude Rodrigue in 1969
  • The track was purchased by Andre Beaudry in the fall of 1972
  • Sold to Michele Samson in the fall of 1977 with the intention of turning it into a housing development
  • House sales were slow at the time and Samson learned that the track was a money-maker so he kept it running with Serge Lapointe as Manager
  • Samson died in 1985
  • Ran 16 NASCAR North events
  • The track finally closed in 1986 and is now housing
