Ghost Track Photos

The photos below show how part of Edenvale looked in August, 2003.

As of the summer of 2003, part of the airfield was used an ultra-light aircraft airfield. Another area was used by the Edenvale Flyers Remote Control Airplane Club. At that time, there was very little infrastructure at the airfield and it was still in its Second World War configuration. As can be seen from the photos below, the runways were in poor shape. A program of improvement began in 2004 that brought the facility back as a working airfield. New buildings and support infrastructure were added. Some of the original runways were removed, others were repaved and new ones added.
