• Located in a natural amphitheatre on the banks of the Saugeen River
• Original owners were Walker Daniel, Bill McLaughlin and Emmet McGrath
• Raced on Saturday night in 1952
• Raced Thursday nights in 1953
• Many of the drivers also raced at Bayview Speedway in Owen Sound
• Organized by the Owen Sound Road Angels Club in 1959 and 1960
