Track Info:
- Horse track located on the Pacific National Exhibition grounds
- First used in 1907 for an event put on by the Northwest Track Racing Association with Thomas Flyers and Franklin Spiders
- Hosted motorcycle races before and after WWI
- There was an airplane vs car race in 1916
- Car races were sanctioned by AAA and IMCA
- Local driver Dudley Lamberton Smith was killed at the track in 1923, which caused the Exhibition directors to bar locals from participating
- Phil Churchill was killed in 1927
- The track still hosts horse racing today
