• Located on the Murillo Fairgrounds and was originally built for horse racing
• Auto races were held in the 1920s and 1930s organized by the Twin Cities Motor Contest Association
• Races were held again in 1950 and 1951
• The Lakehead Stock Car Racing Association held 3 events in 1952 before moving their races to Lakehead Exhibition Fairgrounds
• One race weekend was held in 1953 on the 1/4 mile oval
• Weekly races were held from 1967-69
