Track Info:
- Built as an airfield for the British Commonwealth Air Training Plan in the Second World War
- Operated by the Peaceful Pacers Car Club from 1960 to 1965, when the group went bankrupt
- Ernie Chapman took over in 1965 after the bankruptcy
- Mohawk Dragway closed midway through the 1968 season
- Re-opened as Quinte Dragway under the management of local businessman Roy Hayman
- Closed part way through the 1970 season
- Re-opened in 1978
- Always was known for being the first strip in Ontario to open each season - usually late March or early April
- John Cowling and Glen Cole became the promoters in 1981
- Closed in 1982 when the first 6 events were affected by rain
- Most of the physical assets were purchased by Shannonville Motorsports Park - grandstands, fencing, ticket booths and cement barriers
